Visa questions our travellers ask

Our visa desk fills the forms, checks every document and follows up until the visa is in your hand.

How long does a tourist visa take?

Dubai is usually 3 to 5 working days, Singapore and Thailand 5 to 7, Malaysia 3 to 5, and Schengen 15 to 20 working days. Apply at least a month before travel.

Is the price all inclusive?

Yes. The price shown includes the government or embassy fee plus our service charge. There is nothing extra at the end.

What documents do I need?

Usually a passport valid for six months, photographs on the right background, bank statements, confirmed tickets and hotel bookings. Each country card lists its own checklist.

What if my visa is rejected?

Government fees are non-refundable, but we review the reason, correct the file and reapply. Our service charge for the second attempt is waived.

Do senior citizens need extra papers?

Some countries ask for a sponsor letter or health cover for travellers above 70. We arrange the wording and the insurance for you.

Can you do visas for the whole family?

Yes, family and group applications are submitted together so everyone travels on the same dates.
