Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1
Arrive Leh
Airport pickup, full day rest for acclimatisation. Evening easy walk on Leh market.
Day 2
Leh local
Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, Hall of Fame, Magnetic Hill and Sangam point.
Day 3
Leh to Nubra
Drive over Khardung La to Nubra. Sand dunes and double hump camel ride at Hunder.
Day 4
Nubra to Pangong
Scenic drive via Shyok to Pangong Tso. Overnight in camps by the lake.
Day 5
Pangong to Leh
Sunrise at Pangong, return to Leh via Chang La with Thiksey monastery stop.
Day 6
Sham Valley / rest
Alchi and Likir monasteries or a relaxed day in Leh.
Day 7
Departure
Early transfer to Leh airport.
